Quality Assurance Standards Include:

The most common context of our work with business enterprises is globalization, internationalization, localization, and translation (GILT), which takes products or services created for one audience and makes them suitable to various foreign language audiences, whether in the home country or around the globe. Based on Quality Assurance Standard ASTM F2575-06, translation requirements need to be clearly identified at the outset. As the translation work progresses, editing processes ensure adherence to the expected requirements. The project is delivered upon final independent verification and the requestor’s acceptance.

(Adapted from ASTM F2575-06)

ISO 9001-2000 is an international standard that promotes the adoption of a process approach when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system, to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.

Customers play a significant role in defining requirements as inputs. Monitoring of customer satisfaction requires the evaluation of information relating to customer perception as to whether the organization has met the customer requirements.
